Terms of Service - QR Maker

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using QR Maker (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License

Softica Technology grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use QR Maker for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use QR Maker only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Create QR codes containing malicious, illegal, or harmful content
• Use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage or overburden our services

4. Intellectual Property

QR Maker and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Softica Technology and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The QR codes you create using the App belong to you. We claim no ownership over your content.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

QR Maker is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Softica Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use QR Maker.

7. Third-Party Services

QR Maker may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

8. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue QR Maker (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to QR Maker immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
